Preventive maintenance

Comprehensive electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance activities are performed weekly, monthly, annually, and biennially, according to solar industry standards.

This includes all solar plant equipment, such as trackers, modules, string boxes, wiring, control room, transformers, inverters, DC, AC, and MV lines, and all the equipment that powers the plant.

Corrective maintenance

Complete electrical and mechanical corrective maintenance activities necessary to repair or replace any of the installed equipment.

Performance analysis and improvement

Monitoring and evaluation of photovoltaic plant performance, based on hourly Performance Ratio indicators and plant availability.

Monthly reports and annual summary, tracking key performance indicators.

Claims, warranty and spare parts management

In the event of any issues arising during the warranty period due to failure or defect in the equipment installed at the solar plant, the necessary claim is filed with the equipment manufacturers.

Claims are also handled with insurance companies.

This includes managing spare parts on-site, maintaining a record of incoming and outgoing items, and planning annual needs.

Periodic cleaning and vegetation control

Periodic cleaning of the modules, either dry or with reverse osmosis water, as well as cleaning of the control room, spare parts storage, and electrical cabinets.

Vegetation control to prevent shade and keep the grounds clear of weeds and clean. Also, cleaning of drainage ditches.
